Great over a salad or rice. Very fast and good for you!
Ingredients:
2 Boneless chicken breasts - cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic poweder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tblsp lime (or lemon) juice
Directions:
1. Cook chicken in skillet
2. Sprinkle with seasonings (sans lime/lemon)
3. Add peppers when half way cooked
4. Top with lime/lemon juice when done
